Effect of EAP modes on improvement of mental health of university teachers

摘要 目的探讨高校教师心理健康现状及员工辅助计划(EAP)模式的运用效果。方法将我校500名教师作为研究对象,对其采用EAP模式进行管理,对实施前后的心理健康状况进行调查。结果实施EAP模式后教师SCL-90因子分明显优于实施前。结论高校教师的心理健康状况相对较差,对其实施EAP模式进行管理,有助于提高其心理健康水平。 Objective To investigate present situation of mental health of university teachers and the application effect of EAP modes. Methods 500 university teachers were selected as the research ob-ject and were managed with EAP modes. Before and after the use of EAP modes, mental health was investi-gated and analyzed. Results The score of SCL-90 factors after application of EAP modes was signifi-cantly better than prior to implementation. Conclusions The situation of mental health of university teachers is relatively poor, the implementation of the EAP modes can help to improve their mental health.
