摘要
目的探讨PTEN基因在大肠癌组织中的表达以及MLD、MVD与其生物学行为的相关研究。方法利用双标法以及Envision两步法进行免疫组织化学染色,并且在200倍视野内计数4～6个微血管和为淋巴管数量,然后根据统计的结果求出两组数据的平均值。结果发现二者无交叉染色,其中D2-40呈猩红色,CD34则呈暗紫色。结论 PTEN基因对大肠癌组织中的表达有重要影响,通过检测大肠癌组织MLD、MVD对于大肠癌的预防和诊治具有重要作用。
Objective To investigate the PTEN gene in colorectal cancer tissues and the MLD, MVD and biological behavior and research progress. Methods The double two-step method and the Envision immune photochemical staining method, field of view at 200 times the count of 3 to 5 the number of capillaries and the lymphatic vessels, and the results obtained according to statistics the average of two sets of data. Results There was no cross-staining, which was scarlet D2-40, CD34 is a very dark purple. Conclusion PTEN gene expressions in colorectal cancer have important implications for colorectal cancer by detecting the MLD, MVD for the prevention and treatment of colorectal cancer has an important role.
