优质护理在宫内节育器放置术对象中应用的效果观察

High Quality Nursing Intrauterine Device Placed in Operation of the Applications of the Object to Observe the Result

目的探讨优质护理在在宫内节育器放置术对象中应用的效果观察。方法选择2010年5月至11月本站开展优质护理服务实施后90例接受宫内节育器放置术的对象(观察组)进行回顾性分析,另选择2010年1月至4月本站实施优质护理前90例接受宫内节育器放置术的对象作为对照组,观察两组对象术后阴道流血情况、疼痛程度以及满意度。结果观察组术后出血量、月经延长天数、72h内最大疼痛评分、72h后至1周最大疼痛评分较对照组明显减少、疼痛程度均较对照组明显降低。两组比较具有显著性差异,P<0.05;通过术后随访,观察组对护理满意度明显提高,与对照组比较差异显著,P<0.05。结论优质护理可以有效防止和减少并发症的发生,促进术后康复,提高对象满意度。

Objective To study the quality care in intrauterine device placed in operation of the applications of the object to observe the result. Method Choose in May 2010-November site provide high quality nursing service after the implementation of the 90 patients who underwent intrauterine device placed technique the object （the observation group） were analyzed retrospectively, the other choice in January 2010-April this site quality care 90 cases before implementation accept intrauterine device objects of art placed as control group, the two groups postoperative observation object vaginal bleeding, pain and satisfaction. Results Postoperative observation group, menstrual blood loss was an extended day within 72 hours, the biggest pain score, 72 hours to 1 week maximum pain score is significantly less pain control, which is the control group is decreased obviously. Two groups of comparisons with significant differences, P〈0.05; Through the postoperative follow-up, the observation group to care satisfaction improved obviously, compared with the significant difference, P〈0.05. Conclusion High quality nursing can effectively prevent and reduce complications, promote the postoperative rehabilitation, improve the object satisfaction.
