某院2011年55例药品不良反应报告的分析

55 Cases of Adverse Drug Reaction Reporting In A Hospital In 2011 Years

目的了解我院药物不良反应(ADR)发生的特点,促进临床合理用药。方法对我院2011年1月至2011年12月收集的55例ADR报告从年龄分布、药品种类、给药途径、累及器官或系统和临床表现等方面进行统计分析。结果 55例ADR报告中,药物以X线造影剂和诊断药物居多(占52.38%)。静脉给药是引起ADR的主要给药方式(占76.36%)。ADR的主要临床表现以皮肤损害为主(占49.09%)。结论医院应加强和重视ADR监测工作,以减少和避免ADR的发生。

Objective To understand our adverse drug reactions （ADR） happen characteristics, promote clinical rational drug use. Methods In our hospital from January 2011 to December 2011 collection 55 cases of ADR report from the age distribution, types, drug delivery methods, involving the organ or system and clinical manifestation of quantitative analysis. Results 55 patients ADR report, the drugs to X-ray contrast agents and the diagnosis of drug majority （52.38%）. Intravenous drug caused the main to ADR is medicine way （76.36%）. The major clinical manifestations of ADR in skin mainly damage （49.09%）. Conclusion Hospital should strengthen the ADR monitoring and attention to the work, in order to reduce and avoid the happening of ADR.
