有效科室环节质控方法对护理质量的影响

Effective Departments Aspects of Quality Control Methods on the Quality of Care

目的探讨科室环节质控员每周定时进行质量反馈对提高护理质量的效果。方法从2011年1月开始,在科室环节质控员定期进行环节质控的基础上,在每周一进行环节质控反馈,指出存在的问题,质控老师针对反馈的问题进行追踪。结果与实施前相比较,科室环节质控落实明显优于实施前,病区各项护理质量显著提高,P<0.05,P<0.01差异具有统计学意义。结论每周环节质控员进行质量反馈,能提高各环节质控员的自主性,使护理各环节处于有效的动态监控中,使护理质量得以持续改进。

Objective To investigate the the departments aspects of quality control members weekly regular quality feedback to improve quality of care effect. Methods From January 2011, QC members of the department links on a regular basis on the basis of the aspects of quality control in every Monday, link quality control feedback and pointed out the problems, quality control of teacher feedback track. Results Compared with before the implementation phase, quality control department links implemented much better than before the implementation of the wards of the quality of care significantly, P 〈0.05, P 〈0.01 statistically significant difference. Conclusion Weekly aspects of quality control member to the quality of feedback can enhance the autonomy of the members of various aspects of quality control and care of each link in the effective dynamic monitoring and sustained improvement in the quality of care.
