联合应用小剂量多虑平和曲美布汀治疗功能性消化不良的临床疗效

Combined with Small doses of more than Consider the Clinical Efficacy of Calm and Trimebutine Treatment of Functional Dyspepsia

目的研究小剂量多虑平联合曲美布汀治疗功能性消化不良(FD)患者的疗效。方法 444例FD患者按随机数字表随机分成三组:治疗组为166例,对照1组为142例,对照2组为136例。治疗组给予服用红色胶囊,对照1组给予服用蓝色胶囊,对照2组给予服用绿色胶囊,疗程均为3周。记录疗效与不良反应。结果治疗组总有效率92.770%,对照1组总有效率74.648%,对照2组总有效率57.353%。对照1组和对照2组、治疗组和对照2组、治疗组和对照1组疗效相比较差异均具有显著的差异性(P<0.05)。结论曲美布汀联合小剂量多虑平是治疗FD的较理想的治疗方案。

Objective To study small dose of doxepin trimebutine treatment of functional dyspepsia （FD） the efficacy of the patient. Methods 444 cases of patients with FD random number table, randomly divided into three groups： a treatment group of 166 cases, 142 cases of the control group for the control group of 136 cases.
