摘要
目的探讨绩效考核在医院感染管理中的应用。方法在医院感染管理工作中,对医院感染管理的各个环节制定标准,定期对医院感染质量进行考核,将考核结果纳入医院绩效管理。结果通过绩效考核,医务人员的医院感染意识显著提高;医院感染漏报率下降至4.88%;感染病例标本送检率上升34.20%。结论在医院感染管理工作中引进绩效考核,可有效地提高医院感染管理质量,减少或消除医院感染隐患,保障医疗安全。
Objective To study the application of Performance evaluation in hospital infection management. Methods In daily work of hospital infection management, every aspects of hospital infection control were standardized, quality of the hospital infection was evaluated periodically and examination data was included in hospital performance management. Results Through performance appraisal, the awareness of hospital infection of medical staff increased significantly. Hospital false negative rate of infection dropped to 4.88%. Infection specimen submission rate increased by 34.20%. Conclusion The introduction of hospital infection management into performance appraisal system could effectively improve the quality of hospital infection control, reduce or eliminate the risks of nosocomial infection and protect the health safety.
