IL-6、IL-12及IL-18与儿童1型糖尿病及糖尿病酮症酸中毒表达的相关性研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨IL-6、IL-12及IL-18在儿童1型糖尿病及糖尿病酮症酸中毒表达的差异。方法收集我院就诊的新发儿童1型糖尿病患儿共80例,另选1型糖尿病并糖尿病酮症酸中毒的患儿80例及正常儿童40例。对比各组儿童血清中IL-6、IL-12及IL-18表达差异性。结果酮症酸中毒组IL-6表达显著高于新发糖尿病组及正常对照组,P<0.05。新发糖尿病组IL-6表达显著高于正常对照组,P<0.05。新发糖尿病组及酮症酸中毒组IL-12、IL-18显著高于正常对照组,P<0.05。本组研究显示不同组糖尿病酮症酸中毒患者血清IL-6随着病情的加重呈现表达增加的趋势,结果对比有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论 1型糖尿病患儿血清IL-6、IL-12及IL-18表达水平均存在不同程度的升高,而伴随着糖尿病酮症酸中毒病情的加重,患儿血清IL-6表达水平呈逐渐上升的趋势。
