谈马洛斯需要层次理论微生思想政治教育中的应用

摘要
思想政治教育与人的需要有着密切的联系。学生思想政治教育以大学生的思想和行为为研究对象,而马斯洛需要层次理论从“需要”的视角阐明了人的行为的源泉和原动力,因此,可以从大学生的心理需要着手,有针对性地采取相应措施开展思想政治教育,对于强化教育效果,具有十分重要的意义和作用。
