治疗难治性妇产科大出血46例临床对比研究

Comparative Clinical Research of 46 Cases the Treatment of Refractory Gynecological Bleeding

目的探讨和分析治性妇产科大出血治疗方法,总结其临床价值。方法回顾性分析具有完整临床资料的2008年10月至2011年10月来我院就诊的难治性妇产科大出血患者46例,给予髂内(或子宫)动脉结扎术治疗,观察临床治疗疗效。结果平均手术时间为(73±12)min,手术出血量为(1400±160)mL,术后的疼痛感不明显,有轻微、短暂性下腹部不适。结论髂内(或子宫)动脉结扎术治疗难治性妇产科安全、有效、可保留子宫且无严重并发症,具有较好的临床疗效,值得临床推广和应用。

Objective To investigate and analyze the rule of Obstetrics and Gynecology bleeding treatment, summary of its clinical value. Methods A retrospective analysis with a complete clinical data from October 2008 to October 2011, 46 cases of refractory gynecological bleeding in patients in our hospital, all were in the internal iliac artery ligation treatment.Observe the observed clinical efficacy. Results The mean operative time was （73± 12）min,blood loss was （1400±160） mL, Pain of patients is not evident, only a slight, transient abdominal discomfort. Conclusion The internal iliac artery ligation treatment of refractory Obstetrics and Gynecology safe, effective, minimally invasive, it can keep the uterus, and no serious complications, with good clinical efficacy, is worthy of clinical and applied.
