颈痛方对椎动脉型颈椎病的疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Neck Pain Side of the Cervical Vertebral Artery Disease

目的观察颈痛方对椎动脉型颈椎病的疗效及其安全性。方法 80例椎动脉型颈椎病患者随机分成两组,观察组采用口服颈痛方冲剂,配合康复治疗;对照组仅进行康复治疗。治疗后按症状、体征评定疗效。结果经过3周系统治疗后,观察组的症状、体征评分均较对照组有明显改善(P<0.05)。结论颈痛方结合康复治疗对椎动脉型颈椎病有较好的疗效。

Objective To observe the neck pain side of vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis efficacy and seettrity. Methods 80 eases of vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis were randomly divided into two groups, the observation group were treated with oral neck pain side granules, combined with rehabilitation therapy; control group, only rehabilitation therapy. After treatment by symptoms, signs, assessment of efficacy. Results After three weeks of the system for the treatment, the observed group of symptoms, signs score than the control group improved significantly （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Neck pain side combined with rehabilitation therapy has a good effect on the cervical vertebral artery disease.
