摘要
肾性水肿是指各种原发性或继发性肾脏疾病所致的水肿。中医将本病归于"水气病"范畴,肾性水肿与肺、脾、肾三脏密切相关,治疗以肾为本,以肺为标,以脾为枢机。王耀光教授针对不同种类的水肿病,灵活运用祛风胜湿、清热利湿、淡渗利湿、温化寒湿、峻下逐水诸法治疗,在方剂和中药的选择上具有独特的临床经验,兹以总结。
Nephrogenic Edema is the edema caused by primary or Secondary glomerulonephritis. It is belong to fluid retention in traditional Chinese medicine, closely related to lung, spleen and kidney. Kidney is the essential, lung is the Minor Element, as well as spleen is the Transfer Station Element in treatment. Pro Wang has abundant experience in treating fluid retention,the essay is aim to summarize the experience in detail.
