丙泊酚-芬太尼在ICU患者镇静治疗中的应用效果观察

The Effect Observed of Propofol-fentanyl Sedation in ICU Patients

目的探讨丙泊酚-芬太尼在ICU患者镇静治疗中的临床应用效果。方法选取于我院ICU行镇静治疗的危重患者114例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组57例,给予对照组患者单纯丙泊酚镇静治疗,观察组患者在对照组患者镇静基础上加用小剂量芬太尼进行镇静。结果观察组患者药物起效时间、达到镇静满意时间、苏醒时间均明显短于对照组相应指标,两组间以上指标间差异均比较明显,在统计学上均有意义(P<0.05);观察组和对照组患者平均镇静时间差异不明显(P>0.05),但两组患者平均丙泊酚总用量,两组间差异比较明显(P<0.01),在统计学上有意义。结论与单纯丙泊酚对患者进行镇静治疗相比,丙泊酚联用小剂量芬太尼的镇静效果更佳,值得推广。

Objective To study the clinical effect of application of c poisson phenol-fentanyl in the therapy of calm in the ICU patients. Methods Selected 114 patients who needed to accept the treatment of calm in our hospital ICU and were randomly divided into observation group and control group. Each group was of 57 examples. Gave patients calm treatment of simply c poisson phenol, and gave patients treatment with small dose. Results The drug work time, time to calm satisfaction, time to came of observation group patients were significantly shorter than those of control group patients, the differences between the two groups were quite obvious, which had significance in the statistical （P〈0.05）; The average time of calm between observation group and control group patients was not obviously different （P〉0.05）, but the average amount of c poisson phenol of two groups of patients was obviously different （P〈0.01）, which was statistically significant. Conclusion Compared with pure c poisson phenol to calm the patients, the calm effect oft poisson phenol with using small doses of fentanyl was better, which was worthy to be popularized.
