绝经后阴道出血320例临床分析

Analysis of 320 Cases of Vagina Hemorrhage after Menopause

目的探讨绝经后阴道出血的诊断方法及其病因,为绝经后阴道出血的防治提供数据资料。方法对320位绝经后阴道出血患者进行回顾性病因病理分析。结果本组320例病例中引发阴道出血的原因如下:宫颈炎39例,占12.19%;阴道炎88例,占26.88%;子宫内膜炎18例,占5.63%;恶性肿瘤55例,占17.19%;宫内节育器38例,占11.88%。结论生殖系统感染是引起绝经后阴道出血的主要病因,恶性肿瘤的发病率随年龄的增长、绝经时间的增长而增加。

Objective To discuss the diagnosis and cause of vagina hemorrhage after menopause to provide prevetion of this illness. Methods Choosed 320 cases suffered vagina hemorrhage after menopause to analysis. Results The causes of vagina hemorrhage after menopause were： there were 39 cases of cervicitis （12.19%）, 88 cases of vaginitis （26.88%）, 18 cases of endometritis （5.63%）, 55 patients with malignant tumor, accounted for 17.19%; intrauterine device 38 cases, accounting for 11.88%. Conclusion Reproductive system caused by infection is the main reason of vagina hemorrhage after memenopause. The incidence of malignant tumor grows with age increase and menopause time.
