小切口非超声乳化白内障手术的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Implantation of Small-incision Non-phacoe Mulsification Catract Extraction

目的 探讨在基层医院行小切口非超声乳化白内障手术的临床效果.方法 对我院收入的374例（374 眼）白内障施行小切口非超声乳化白内障摘除人工晶体植入术进行回顾性分析.结果 术后视力较术前均有不同程度提高,术后一周最佳矫正视力0.5~1.0 为76例（76 眼）占20.32%,最佳矫正视力0.3~0.5 为252例（252 眼）占67.38%,脱残率达87.70%,在0.05 以上为362例（362 眼）脱盲率为96.79%.结论 小切口非超声乳化白内障手术操作简便,成本低,术后恢复快,效果好,尤其适用于基层医院白内障复明手术.

Objeetive To investigate the clinical effect of small-incision non-phacoe mulsification catraet extraction in basic-level hospital. Method 374 cataract （374 eyes） were selected in our hospital, all patients with small-incision non-phacoe mulsification cataract extraction Iol implantation surgery. ResnRs All patients postoperative visual acuity has different rate increase, one week postoperative best corrected visual acuity 0.5-1.0 were 76 patients （76 eyes） 20.32%, the best corrected visual acuity 0.3-0.5 were 252 patients （252 eyes） 67.38%, the take offrate was 87.70%, above 0.05 blind rate was 96.79%, for 362 patients （362 eyes） . Conclusions Small-incision non-phacoe mulsification eatract extraction with simple operation, low cost, postoperative recover quickly, good effect, especially suitable for basic-level hospital cataract surgery.
