某院不合格处方的调查分析

Investigation and Analysis for Unqualified Prescription in A Hospital

目的探讨和分析我院不合格处方的开出情况,提出对应措施,为以后合理用药提供参考,提高临床用药水平。方法随机抽取我院处方1128张,分析其合理性,对其中不合格的处方进行归纳和总结。结果分析发现,抽取的处方中不合格的有213张,占18.88%。不合格处方存在用药不合理、记录不完整以及书写格式不规范等问题。结论医师应严格按照《处方管理办法》的规定对处方进行规范填写,且有关部门应加强处方的监管和审核,促进合理用药。

Objective To discuss and analysis of unqualified prescription in our hospital to provide proper measure to improve rational drug use. Methods Choose 1128 prescription randomly to analyze the rationality and summarize unqualified prescription among them. Results There were 213 unqualified prescriptions （18.88%） . There was irrational drug use, record incomplete and substandard writing. Conclusion Doctors should strict accordance with the provisions of the measures for the management of prescription for prescription to regulate fill in, and relevant departments should strengthen the supervision and review of the prescription, promote the rational drug use.
