摘要
目的 观察完全性直肠脱垂三联疗法（ 直肠黏膜柱状缝扎术、消痔灵注射术、肛门环缩术） 治疗Ⅲ直肠脱垂的疗效.方法 2006年1月至2010年12月我院收治Ⅲ直肠脱垂患者32例.全部采用三联疗法治疗.术后随访6 个月~3年.结果 治愈率100 %,且无严重并发症和后遗症.结论 三联疗法对治疗Ⅲ直肠脱垂具有疗效可靠、并发症少、恢复快、痛苦轻的特点.
Objective To observe the effect of triplex surgical treatment, including rectal mucosa ligation, Xiaozhiling injection, encircing fighting surgery of the anus ring, on Ⅲ rectum prolapse. Methods From January 2006 to December 2010, 32 cases with Ⅲ rectm prolapse Were enrolled into this study and accepted triplex surgical treatment. All patients were followed up for six months to three years. Results The curative rate of the triplex surgery treatment was 100% with no serious complications. Conclusion Triplex surgical treatment wag a simple, effective and reliable method in treating complete rectum prolapse, with less pain, fewer complications and quicker recovery.
