摘要
变频器调速信号传递快、控制系统时滞小、反应灵敏、调节系统控制精度高、使用方便、有利于提高产量、保证质量、降低生产成本,因而使用变频器是企业节能降耗的首选产品。依据目前国内外设计学者进行产品结构设计时的主要思维特点,将变频器结构方案设计方法概括为系统化、结构模块化、基于产品特征知识和智能化四种类型。指出四种方法的特点及其相互间的有机联系,提出计算机辅助设计的方法和趋势。
Inverters speed signal transfer fast, control system delay small, sensitive, precision, convenient control, increase production, reduce production cost. So inverter is the first seceltion to saving energy for industrial enterprises. According to the main thinking characteristics for engineers to design the structure of inverter currently domestic and overseas, the main design methods are systematization, modularization, feature base and intelligence. Point out the characteristics of four kinds methods and the organic links, proposed the methods and trend of computer assistance design.
