养血颗粒治疗中老年贫血所致眩晕的疗效观察

Effect observation of Yangxue granule in the treatment of vertigo caused by elderly anemia

目的观察养血颗粒治疗中老年贫血所致眩晕的临床疗效。方法中老年贫血引起眩晕患者94例随机分为观察组48例和对照组46例,观察组给予养血颗粒治疗,并根据患者病情进行加减;对照组给予尼莫地平等西药常规治疗。比较2组临床治疗效果。结果观察组总有效率为91.6%,高于对照组的73.9%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论养血颗粒治疗中老年眩晕疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of Yangxue granule in the treatment of vertigo caused by elderly anemia.Methods 94 cases of patients were randomly divided into the observation group（48 cases） and control group（46 cases）.The observation group was treated with Yangxue granule,and the dose of which was added or subtracted according to the condition of patients.The control group was given conventional treatment of Western medicine,such as nimodipine.The clinical effect of 2 groups was compared.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group（91,6%） was higher than that of the control group（73.9%）,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The Yangxue granule has a good clinical effect in the treatment of senile vertigo,which is worthy of popularization.
