综合护理干预在面部痤疮患者LED红蓝光照射辅助治疗中的效果观察 被引量:12

摘要 目的探讨综合护理干预在面部痤疮患者行LED红蓝光照射辅助治疗中的临床应用效果。方法接受LED红蓝光照射辅助治疗的面部痤疮患者104例,随机分为观察组和对照组各52例,2组均接受LED红蓝光照射辅助治疗8次,在此治疗基础上,对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予综合护理干预。比较2组疗效。结果观察组总有效率为86.5%,高于对照组的65.4%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预能提高LED红蓝光照射治疗效果,并提高患者满意度和依从性,从而获得最佳治疗效果。 Objective To analyze the clinical application effect of synthetic care intervention in patients with facial acne who were received assisted treatment with red and blue LED Light.Methods 104 patients with facial acne who were received assisted treatment with red and blue LED Light were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 52 patients in each group.The control was given with traditional care intervention,and the observation group was given with synthetic care intervention.The effect of 2 groups were compared after assisted treatment with red and blue LED Light for 8 times each.Results The total effective rate of the observation group(86.5%) is obviously higher than that of the control group(65.4%),and the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05).Conclusion The synthetic care intervention can improve the effect of treatment with red and blue LED Light and degrees of satisfaction and compliance to achieve the best treatment effect.
