闽东地区村镇砌体房屋抗震加固的研究与应用

摘要 为对闽东地区村镇砌体房屋的抗震加固进行研究,本文介绍了闽东地区村镇房屋的防震减灾的现状,分析了砌体结构在地震作用下的破坏形式,论述了砌体结构的抗震加固措施,并以闽东地区典型砌体房屋为例,对其进行抗震加固(加设构造柱、圈梁等),并建立其有限元模型,对抗震加固前、后的结构进行地震响应分析,证实设置圈梁、构造柱等不但可加强单片墙的整体性,且有助于各片墙形成整体的抗侧力体系,因此建议在砌体结构的抗震加固中,在有可能的情况下应尽量加设圈梁和构造柱。 With the purpose of studying the seismic reinforcement of rural masonry house of eastern Fujian province, the status of the eastern Fujian province earthquake disaster mitigation of rural house was described, the failure modes of masonry structures under seismic action were analyzed, and the seismic strengthening measures of masonry structures were discussed in this article. With typical masonry buildings in eastern Fujian prov- ince being taken for, it was strengthened by some seismic reinforcements (by adding ring beam, structural column, etc), its finite element models of seismic reinforcement or not were established, and analysis on their earthquake responses was done. It was confirmed that ring beam and struc tural column could not only strengthen the integrity of monolithic wall but also contribute to the he overall lateral force resisting system formed of pieces of wall. So it was proposed that when masonry structures were strengthened with seismic reinforcement measures, it was better to add ring beam and structural column as possible as it could.
