摘要
本文通过对一栋18层高层住宅建筑采用三种不同的结构布置方案(框架结构方案、剪力墙结构方案、框架-剪力墙结构方案),进行抗震性能和经济性能的分析比较,对三种结构方案的功能适用性及结构特点进行评析,得出在进行高层住宅结构方案选择时,采用剪力墙结构体系,可以获取良好的经济效益,使项目达到目标最优值;为同类高层住宅建筑的设计选型提供一定的参考。
This article analyzes a 18 story high--rise residential building with thi'ee different kinds of structure plan (frame structure, shear wall structure, frame -- shear wall structure), it compares the structure scheme of the seismic performance and the economic performance. At the same time it puts the functional adaptation and structural characteristics in the function factor set and cost factor set. The result shows that the shear wall structure system can obtain good economic benefits and also make the project achieves optimal objective value in high-- rise residential structure scheme choice. This article provides very valuable reference suggestion on the high--rise residential building design.
