摘要
钻孔灌注桩常作为高层建筑基础,但钻孔灌注桩的施工质量很难控制,尤其是当桩长时,常会造成工程事故和经济上损失,本文通过工程实例介绍钻孔灌注桩后注浆工艺及效果,分析后注浆技术提高桩侧摩阻力和桩端阻力的机理,试验表明桩端后注浆技术可作为提高钻孔灌注桩承载力的有效措施。实践证明钻孔灌注桩后注浆工艺技术可靠,速度快,造价低前景良好。

The mechanism of improving the end bearing re- sistance and frictional--resistance of drilled cast--in situ pile by the post--grouting is analyzed.
