摘要
介绍了中国石化集团国际石油勘探开发有限公司十余年来跨国并购、跨国经营所采取的跨文化融合的模式及其成功案例,指出只有以尊重、坦诚、沟通、规范、自信为原则,以文化融合为主线,才能在不同文化的交汇融合中塑造具有国际化特色的新文化价值体系,使其成为助推企业发展的内在驱动力。
The article introduces the cultural harmonization mode having been taken by Sinopec Internationa Petroleum Exploration and Production Corporation in transnat-ional merger & acquisition and transnational operation n more than 10 years as well as its successful cases. It points out that, only using respect, frankness, communication, standard, self-confidence as the principle and cultural harmonization as the principal line, a new cultural value system with the characteristics of internationalization can be molded in the intersection and harmonization of various cultures, so as to let it be the internal driving force to boost enterprise's development
