摘要
本文介绍了一个新的方法来合成螺虫乙酯目标产物。cis-4-甲氧基环己基-1-氨基甲酸酯化得到cis-4-甲氧基环己基-1-氨基甲酸甲酯,后再与2,5-二甲基苯乙酰氯发生反应,得到cis-1-[2-(2,5-二甲基苯基)乙酰胺基]-4-甲氧基环己基甲酸甲酯,然后在碱的作用下,发生关环,再与氯甲酸乙酯发生亲核取代反应制备目标化合物。
This paper introduces a new method to synthetize spirotetramat as the target product. cis-4- methoxycyclohexyl-1-carbamic acid gets esterified to obtain c/s-4- methoxycyclohexyl-1- methyl carbamate, which then reacts with 2,5-dimethyl benzene acetyl chloride to obtain c/s- 1-[2- (2,5- dimethylphenyl) acetamido]-4- methoxycyclohexyl methyl formate. Then, under the effect of alkali, ring closure happens and the nucleophilic substitution reaction with ethyl chloroformate can make the target product available.
