Influence Factors and Operation Analysis of Modified Asphalt Tall Gas Purifying

改性沥青装置尾气排放不达标,其组分对环境造成污染,并对人体造成危害。根据尾气排放现状,克拉玛依石化公司改性沥青装置针对运行中出现的问题,分析尾气净化影响因素,建设投用了尾气净化系统,改造安装了尾气分离器,尾气净化吸收效果达到了96.5%。虽然在运行中增加了装置的物耗和能耗,不能创造经济效益,却创造了良好的社会效益。

Tail gas emissions in modified asphalt unit were substandard, its components caused environ- mental pollution, and harmed the human body. According to the status of emissions and the problems occurred in operation of tail gas purification, modified asphalt unit in Karamay Petrochemical Company analyzed the in- fluencing factors, invested in the construction of tail gas purification system, and transformed the installation of exhaust gas separator. The effect of purification of tail gas absorption reached 96. 5%. Although the device run- ning increased the material and energy consumption and had not created economic benefits, it cri^ated a good social benefits.
