摘要
测试了不同新疆岩沥青掺量的改性沥青针入度、软化点、复数模量、相位角等技术指标,分析了新疆岩沥青对基质沥青高温性能的影响。结果表明:随着新疆岩沥青掺量的增加,改性沥青的针入度减小、软化点提高、车辙因子变大,改性沥青的高温性能得到增强;新疆岩沥青可改善沥青结合料的粘弹性质,表现为复数剪切模量的增加和相位角的减小;根据Superpave沥青胶结料高温性能分级标准,研究了新疆岩沥青对高温等级的增强效果。
The high - temperature behavior of Xinjiang rock asphalt' s influence on matrix aspnatt w~ analyzed by determinating some related technical indexes such as penetration, softening point, complex modu- lus and phase angle. Results showed that: with the increase of rock asphalt content in the modified asphalt, the increase in softening point, anti - rutting factor and high - temperature behavior and the decrease in penetra- tion were obvious. Xinjiang rock asphalt could improve asphalt binder' s viscoelastic property, which was manifested as complex shear modulus' increasing and the phase angle' s decreasing. According to Superpave standard specification for performance graded asphalt binder, the enhancing effect on high temperature level of Xinjiang rock asphalt was studied.
