摘要 在介绍国内外牵引电气设备与系统领域标准化组织及相关标准化情况的基础上,详细介绍了我国由通用标准、子类通用标准、产品或设备专用标准构成的3层框架结构的牵引电气设备与系统标准体系架构。分析通用标准及机车车辆、车载变流器、车载控制系统及设备(含通信、信号和处理系统)、车载信息化系统、车载电机及变压器、车载电器、牵引供电系统等7大类标准的情况,提出完善标准体系的措施、建议。 On the basis of introducing the domestic and foreign standardization organizations in the field of traction electrical apparatus and system, and the situation of standardization, the authors explain the standards system of traction electrical apparatus and system in China which is composed of three layers including general standards, general standards for sub-classes, specific standards for some products or equipment. The authors analyze the situ- ations of general standards and the standards for 7 groups including wiling-stock, on-board converter, on-board controlling system and equipments (including communications, signaling and processing systems), on-board infor- mationization system, on-board electric motor and transformer, on-board electric apparatus, traction power supply system, and then give measures and suggests for improving the standards system.
