农村卫生适宜技术应用政策体系构建研究

Study on the construction of policy system for the application of appropriate healthtechnologies in rural areas

本文以提高我国卫生适宜技术面向农村的转移应用能力为目标，从宏观、中观和微观三个层面提出构建农村卫生适宜技术应用政策体系，以政策的引导、激励、规范为关键词，分别提出了各层面的政策目的和具体措施，为促进我国农村卫生适宜技术推广应用工作的健康长效发展提供决策参考。

To enhance the capacity for extending and applying appropriate health technologies in rural areas in China, this paper proposes a supportive policy system that incoperates macro, average and micro levels. The policy system focuses on orientation, incentives, regulations and standardization, and its objectives and measures oF each level are described. The policy system will contribute to the sustainable development rural health work.
