The Existing Forms of Psychological Counseling

心理咨询有着不同的存在形态,即科学的心理咨询、哲学的心理咨询、常识的心理咨询和宗教的心理咨询。每个咨询形态都有自己研究的中心和重心,在生活实践中也都各具实用工具属性。科学形态的心理咨询同样需要在挖掘自身潜能的基础上扩大视野,借鉴其他咨询形态的资源,以推动自身的研究和发展。

Psychological counseling exists in different forms, i.e. scientific counseling, philosophical counseling, common-sense counseling and religious counseling. They all have their own research cores and focuses, as well as their characteristics of commonly-used tools in life practice. Scientifically-based counseling also needs to expand their visions with emphasis on maximizing their own potentials, using other forms for reference in order to promote their individual approaches and development.
