摘要
本文就公立医院医院人力资源管理的内涵进行探讨,结合实际从人力资源规划、人才引进、招聘选拔、岗位聘任、人才培养、绩效考核、薪酬管理、福利保障七方面,阐述构建的人力资源全流程管理框架。
The author discussed the connotation of human resources management in public hospitals. Based on the practice, there was an attempt to explain the new framework of human resources process management in the hospital, which included human resources planning, introduction of qualified personnel, recruitment and se- lection, job appointments, personnel training, performance appraisal and compensation management.
