男性不育患者心理治疗疗效观察

Efficacy of psychotherapy for male infertility patients

目的:探讨心理治疗对男性不育患者疗效的影响。方法:共110例患者,其中心理治疗组(A组)55例,传统组(B组)55例,在均采用中西医疗法治疗的基础上,A组患者同时接受心理治疗。结果:随访1.5年,两组患者在妊娠率、平均受孕时间上均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对男性不育患者给予恰当的心理治疗,减少焦虑、忧郁、急躁、悲观等负性情绪,从社会、家庭获取有力的心理支持,能影响其治疗结局,提高治疗效果。

Objectives： To explore the efficacy of psychotherapy for male infertility patients. Method： One hundred and ten patients were divided into two groups with 55 cases provided with psychotherapy （ group A）, and 55 cases treated with tradi- tional methods （group B）. Integrated Chinese and western therapy was given to both groups, but Group A received additional psychotherapy. Result： A one and half year follow - up study showed there was a significant difference between the two groups in their wives＇ pregnancy rate and mean pregnancy time （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： A better therapeutic egieacy can be achieved if the male infertility patients receive proper psychological treatment which can reduce patients＇ negative emotion, such as anxiety, de- pression, impatience and pessimism, and help them to gain a powerful psychological support from both society and their families.
