深圳地区远洋船员艾滋病知识、态度和行为的调查

A survey on pelagic crews' AIDS knowledge and behaviours in Shenzhen

目的:了解远洋船员艾滋病相关知识、态度和行为情况。方法:整群抽样方法选取深圳地区355名远洋船员进行匿名问卷调查。结果:艾滋病的传播途径回答正确率90.1%～100%,商业性行为发生率为14.4%,安全套使用率较低。结论:远洋船员艾滋病知识水平总体较高,但仍有一些认识偏差,恐艾和歧视心理较为严重,自我保护意识不足。

Objectives： To investigate the level of KAP （knowledge, attitude and practice） of AIDS among pelagic crews in Shenzhen. Methods： A total of 355 pelagic crews were selected through cluster sampling and were surveyed with anonymous questionnaire. Results： 90.1% - 100% of the subjects correctly answered the transmission route of AIDS, and 14.4% had com- mercial sexual experiences. The rate of condom use was low. Conclusion： Pelagic crews had a relatively good command of AIDS knowledge, although there were some misunderstandings, such as fear and discrimination against AIDS patients and inadequate self - protection awareness.
