Effects of health education and psychological intervention on the mental health of menopausal women

摘要 目的:探讨社区更年期妇女群体的心理干预模式及干预效果,为建立有效的干预方案提供依据。方法:采用随机对照试验的方法,对3个社区143名更年期妇女进行为期2天的团体心理咨询、健康教育讲座,对照组50人不做任何干预。干预前后采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)对更年期妇女进行评价。结果:团体心理咨询、健康讲座等干预后,两组对象SCL-90两表得分除"恐怖"一项外差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中总分和大部分项目差异高度显著(P<0.01)。结论:团体心理干预可改善社区更年期妇女的生活质量,对于提高社区更年期妇女的心理健康水平有显著效果。 Objectives: To investigate the psychological intervention model and its effects on menopausal women. Method: A total of 143 menopausal women from three communities were randomly selected and given 2 - day psychological counseling and health education. Another 50 women were selected as the control group and given no intervention. After the intervention, both groups were evaluated by the SCL -90. Results: Scores of all the items except the "terror" item showed significant difference (P 〈0. 05) in the two groups; the total scores and the scores of most of the items are highly significantly different ( P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion: The group psychological intervention can improve the life quality of menopausal women by significantly improving their mental health.
