Gamma-3 Nail in the Treatment of Intertrochanteric Fractures

目的探讨Gamma-3髓内钉治疗股骨转子间骨折的疗效。方法对48例股骨转子间骨折患者采用闭合复位、Gamma-3髓内钉固定,术后早期功能锻炼,观察骨折愈合、髋关节功能恢复及并发症的发生情况。结果所有患者均获随访,Harris髋关节功能评分优良率为91%,未发生拉力螺钉切割出股骨头、患肢短缩、髋内翻等并发症。结论 Gamma-3髓内钉可有效维持骨折稳定,术后早期锻炼,创伤小,并发症少。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of Gamma-3 nail in the treatment of intertrochanteric fractures. Methods 48 cases of intertrochanteric fracture patients treated with closed reduction of Gamma-3 intramedullary nail fixation, early postoperative functional exercise, observed fracture healing, hip function recovery and complications. Results All patients were followed up, the Harris hip function score excellent and good rate was 91%, No severe complications occurred, such as screw cut-out of the femoral head, limb shortening, or hip varus. conclusion Gamma-3 intramedullary nail can be effective to maintain fracture stability, with advantage of early postoperative exercise, less trauma and fewer complications.
