略论针刀

Discussion for Acupotomy

随着针刀疗法的发展和普及,有关的名词越来越多,使"针刀"这个词的概念也渐渐模糊起来了。该文从以下几方面做了有益的探讨:①对针刀及针刀疗法的概念进行了讨论。②对针刀在临床上的作用进行了分析。③对针刀疗法与松针疗法、针法微型外科、水针刀疗法、多功能液针刀疗法等进行了比较。④对针刀的发展方向提出了建议。作者认为:①针刀是以针刀医学理论为指导,应用于临床做闭合性手术治疗,外形如针灸针,其尖端有刃的医疗器械。②针刀在临床治疗上是以刀的作用为主,调整生物力学平衡,激发人体的自身修复能力以达治疗目的。③针刀疗法与其他疗法的根本区别在于理论的创新。④走中西医结合的道路,是针刀医学的发展之本。

Along with the development and the dissemination of acupotomy, the relational words are also more and more and at the same time it makes the concept of ＂aeupotome＂ not clear. The article has made some useful discussion from the following sides： 1. Making a discussion for the concept of acupotome and acupotomy. 2 Making some analysis for the clinical applying of acupotome. 3. Comparing the acupotomy and the Songzhen therapy, stitch micro-surgery, hydro-acupuncture therapy and multifunctional-fluid acupotomy and so on. 4. Giving some advice for the developing direction of acupotome. The author thinks： 1. Acupotome is guided by the acupotomology therapy is one closed operative treatment and applies in clinic. Its shape is like acupuncture needle and it has a blade at the end of its top. 2. The main function of acupotome is the knife. It achieves the treating aim through blazing our body self-repairing ability. 3. The radical difference of the acupotomy from other therapy is on the innovation of the theory. 4. Walking along the road of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine is the root for developing our acupotomology.
