摘要
本文针对软硬件采购项目管理的关键点进行了全面深入的阐述,从软硬件设备的稳定性、安全性、先进性、可扩展能力、满足业务需求、优质售后服务等方面来保证项目设计和建设目标的实现,最大程度整合资源,降低采购成本,提高采购业务的质量和经济效益。
The paper described the main management point of the software and hardware procurement project. It was guaranteed the project design and construction goals from the stability of software and hardware, security, advancement, the ability to expand, request satisfaction and qualified after-service, etc. The aim was to integrate the resources in maximum degree and reduce the procurement cost, meanwhile, to improve the procurement quality and economic benefits.
