摘要
本文基于小组工作教学实践,从社会转型的视角思考了小组工作教学的相关问题:教师与学生不平等权利关系;学生丧失了对原初崇高专业使命的追求;学生在实践工作中自信不足、行动力弱,缺乏带领小组的能量等问题。并提出变革课堂权利关系、实现对学生赋权;回归社会工作的专业使命;教师与学生共同生产小组工作知识与技术的教学实践路径。
Based on the practice of the group work education, this article focuses on questions involving with the education of the group work in the view of society transformation. The questions in- clude unequal rights between teachers and students, the loss of pur- suit of students for original, lofty and professional mission, and the students' in confidence, weak action and the lack of the motivation of leading the group, etc. In addition, this article comes up with some ideas. First, change the rights between teachers and students, and empower the students. Second, return the professional mission of so- cial work. Third, teachers and students produce the education prac- tice road of the knowledge and skills together.
