目的 :研制双氯芬酸钾的缓释微丸并建立含量测定的方法。方法 :在含有主药的丸心外包控释膜 ,控制药物的释放速度。结果 :获得了释药时间持续 8小时的缓释微丸。结论 :采用缓释微丸剂型 ,可使药物达到速效和缓释的作用。
