摘要
模块化低位顶升钢平台模架体系由多个可周转使用的系统构成,其中的钢平台系统采用装配式空间钢桁架平台,该平台支点少、布置灵活、承载力大,能在不同的超高层核心筒顶模施工中周转使用。阐述了该平台的基本组成、传力路径以及可拆卸连接节点设计。以福州世茂国际中心超高层建筑为例,介绍了该平台的布置流程。此后,根据该平台的试验分析结果与数值计算结果的对比,进一步阐述了平台的工作性能,同时提出了原设计中的缺陷与不足,并给出了对应的改造方法。
Modularized low-position jacking formwork consists of several turnover parts, in which the assembled spatial steel truss platform was adopted as the platform system. This platform has advantages of having fewer supports, allowing flexible installation, and having large loading capacity. These advantages allow it to be repeatedly used in the construction of different tall building cores. This paper introduced the fundamental components, load transfer mechanism and reusable nodes. Taking one tall building-Fuzhou Shimao International Financial Center as an example, the installation procedure of the platform was described and numerical analysis results were presented. Comparison of the taumerical analysis results to experimental tests further illustrated the performance of the platform and revealed the deficiencies of original design. Improving suggestions were put forward based on the study.
