摘要
福州世茂国际中心工程建筑高度273.88m,结构形式为钢结构框架核心筒结构体系,在其核心筒施工过程中采用了低位少支点整体顶升钢平台模架体系。主要以模块化低位顶升钢平台模架体系的应用为出发点,以福州世茂国际中心项目为例,阐述了该项新技术主要施工管理流程,介绍了其从设计、制作加工、安装、运行、拆除全过程的各项管理措施。
Fuzhou Shimao International Financial Center located in Taijiang District, Fuzhou City, Fujian Province. This building is 273.88m and adopted frame-core wall structural system Low-position jacking formwork system was used in the construction of the core wall. Taking the Fuzhou Shimao International Financial Center Project as an example, this paper illustrated the construction procedure of low-position jacking formwork system and construction management for each phase of the construction procedure including, design, fabrication, installation, operation and dismantlement.
