摘要
AP1000安全壳贯穿件是核岛关键设备,其技术要求严格。简要介绍了贯穿件本体结构和材料,重点介绍了各部件现场焊接安装难点,并通过海阳核电站1号机组贯穿件的焊接组装实践,总结了一些制造过程中应注意的问题,通过在三维模型SPR里面优化分析,从贯穿件的现场施工特点指出在安装过程中需要引起关注的地方,包括贯穿件现场安装过程中施工缝的预留等一系列问题,从而保证施工的连续性,紧凑性。
The Westinghouse AP1000 containment penetrators are key equipments in Nuclear Power Stations (NPP) , and their installations ask for very strict quality control. This paper briefly introduced the structure and material of the penetrator, and then introduced in detail the on-site welding and installation difficulties. Through the welding and assembling practice on unit 1 Haiyang NPP, the author summarized some manufacturing problems that are worthy of attentions. By optimization analysis in the 3- D model SPR, the author pointed out that to ensure the continuity of the construction, a number of problems should be concerned, such as setting of the construction joints etc.
