摘要
某180t空间钢结构筒仓改变传统主体施工作业顺序,采用逆顺序施工法,先将库顶钢结构按设计位置在滑模架体上组装,在库顶钢结构斜梁支座处增加型钢支撑及相应的液压千斤顶,筒仓内部设辐射水平拉杆,以抵抗库顶钢结构支座所产生的水平推力;钢结构随滑模架体一起提升,当钢结构提升至设计标高后,用型钢支撑将滑模千斤顶和架体置换,使钢结构固定于仓壁顶部,最后进行仓顶钢筋混凝土环梁施工。该方法技术先进,降低了施工难度,减少了高空作业量及施工安全隐患,缩短了工期,降低了成本,保证了工程质量。
The construction of a 180 ton space steel silo used a reversed construction sequence. Firstly, the top silo was assembled on slip-formwork support according to its design location. The inclined beams that supported the top silo was supported by profiled steel bracings and jacks. Radiative horizontal pulling rods were set up in the silo to resist horizontal thrust caused by the bearing. After that, the top silo was lifted with the slip-formwork support. When the structure has been lifted to its design elevation, the jack and support was replaced by profiled steel bracing to so that the top silo was fixed to the upper edge of the main cabin wall. Finally the reinforced concrete ring beam in the top silo was constructed. This method is very advanced because it reduced the work in high altitude, minimized the construction risks, shortened the construction period, reduced the cost and ensures the construction quality.
