羟脯氨酸衍生的双功能催化剂的合成与应用 被引量:3

Synthesis and Application of Bifunctional Catalysts Derived from Hydroxyproline

摘要 以(L)羟脯氨酸为初始原料,设计合成了分别含有硫脲、磺酰胺和方酰胺等官能团的三类有机小分子催化剂,并将其用于醛与N-Boc亚胺的不对称anti-Mannich反应,分别比较了它们的催化活性. Three kinds of chiral bifunctional organoeatalysts, containing thiourea, sulfonylamide and squaramides functionalities, respectively, were designed and synthesized with 4 hydroxyproline as the start material. A preliminary study was made of their activity in catalyzing the asymmetric anti-Mannich reaction between aldehydes and N-Boc imine.
