These changes require acquisitioning and cataloging librarians have extensive knowledge and proficient computer and network operation skills, and also require the library possess specific technical equipment. In order to make the library work adapt to the requirements of the development of network informatization, the library should strengthen the training to acquisitioning and cataloging librarians, and adopt the MARC actively and strengthen the maintenance of the software system.
