检验科人员锐器伤原因分析及对策

Causes and countermeasures for sharp instrument injuries of clinical laboratory personnel

目的分析检验科人员锐器伤发生原因,探讨相应的防范措施。方法对2006年1月-2010年12月检验科人员发生的锐器伤进行原因分析,并不断采取相应的对策。结果 5年共发生锐器伤52例次,其中检验人员发生率最低,为20.0%,工友发生率最高,为150.0%;玻璃类为损伤的主要锐器;发生锐器伤的主要原因有:对锐器伤认识不足、操作不规范、注意力不集中等;经过不断学习与改进,锐器伤逐年减少,发生率由2006年的63.3%下降至2010年的11.8%。结论通过实施加强学习培训、加强自我保护、改善科室环境、调整器械用具、规范操作流程、正确处理医疗废物、应用自动化设备等措施,能有效控制锐器伤的发生。

OBJECTIVE To investigate the reasons of sharp instrument injuries in clinical laboratory and explore corresponding measures for the prevention of sharp instruments injuries. METHODS The reasons of sharp instrument injuries in clinical laboratory staff from Jan 2006 to Dec 2010 were analyzed, the corresponding countermeasures were taken. RESULTS A total of 52 case-times of sharp instrument injuries happened during five years, among which the incidence of sharp iniuries in laboratory personnel was the lowest （20.0 %）, medical staff with the highest （150. 0%）~ glass instrument was the jmajor type of sharp instruments for sharp injuries; the sharp injuries were mainly due to insufficient awarness of sharp injuries, non-standard operation, and absent- minded concentration and so on; through continuous study and improvement, the sharp injuries decreased year by year, the incidence droped from 63.3% in 2006 to 11.8% in 2010. CONCLUSION Through intensifying study and training, improving self-protection awareness and the environment of department, adjusting equipment appliances, making standard operating procedures, diposing medical waste properly, and using automatic equipment, we can effectively control the sharp instrument injuries.
