乙二醛对染毒大鼠抗氧化酶活力的影响 被引量:1

摘要 通过观察乙二醛染毒大鼠血及组织中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶 (GSH -Px)活力的变化 ,探讨了乙二醛对抗氧化酶活力的影响。经气管灌注法对大鼠染毒 ,测定全血和组织中GSH PxR的活力 ,结果表明在高剂量组全血GSH -Px活力显著低于对照组。乙二醛对全血GSH -Px活力的影响主要表现为降低作用 ,脏器中GSH -Px的活力变化表现为应激性增高趋势 。 Effects of glyoxal on anti oxidase in rats were studied by observing the activity changes of GSH Px in blood and tissues after exposure.Glyoxal was instilled through respiratory track.The activities of GSH Px in blood and tissues were measured.The activities of blood GSH Px of high dose group were significantly lower than that of the controls.Glyoxal exposure inhibited the GSH Px activities of blood,while the effects on tissues were not the same.An increase tendency of GSH Px activities in tissues was observed.In kidney,the increase was significant.
