试析食品质量安全问题产生的根源

摘要 我国食品质量安全问题如此严重的主要原因是当前我国不具备声誉机制充分发挥作用的主要条件。声誉机制的失灵导致食品生产企业缺乏投资声誉的激励,不潜心生产优质产品,而倾向于生产劣质产品。要解决我国食品质量安全问题,须从创造能使声誉机制发挥作用的主要条件入手,同时尽快完善产权制度和政府监管机制。
