摘要
水煤浆作为煤炭深加工的产品,是一种低污染、高效能的新型洁净燃料。针对水煤浆的燃料特点,分析了当前水煤浆锅炉设计与运行中存在的问题,并以35 t/h锅炉为例,着重介绍了流化悬浮燃烧水煤浆锅炉的结构特点及其技术优势,详细分析了流化悬浮燃烧锅炉如何解决水煤浆在小空间燃烧易结焦、燃烧不稳定这一难题,从而真正实现了水煤浆的低温、高效洁净燃烧,对工业锅炉洁净煤技术的发展将产生深远的影响。
As deep processing coal products, coal-water mixture slurry is a new kind of clean fuel with low pollution and high efficiency. According to fuel features of coal-water mixture slurry, indicates the problems of operation and design for coal-water mixture slurry fired boilers. By the example of 35t/h fluidized-suspension coal-water mixture slurry fired boiler, introducing the structure characteristic and technical advantage of the boiler.
