摘要
针对某2250常规热连轧产品的断面楔形问题进行研究,运用有限元法建立静态仿真模型,定量计算轧件跑偏和来料楔形遗传对热轧出口带钢断面楔度的影响,并通过实际生产数据的采集分析验证了模型计算结果的准确性。提出优化精轧立辊及侧导位的对中精度和开口度裕量,加强轧制过程对中性,并通过投用粗轧强力侧导位、优化粗轧工作辊辊形和加强手动调平控制改善粗轧来料楔形,使热连轧机组因楔形产生的板形三级品率从47%下降到10%以内,取得了明显的效果。
For the product section wedge of one 2250 conventional hot continuous rolling in China,the static simulation model was established and the quantitative effect of word piece deviation and incoming wedge inherit on strip section wedge value was calculated at the outlet of hot continuous mill.The calculation results meet with the practical production.The alignment accuracy and opening gap margin of finish vertical rolling and side guide was optimized to enhance the alignment during the course of rolling.The 3rd grade shape products rate was improved from 47% to 10% through using rough rolling strong side guide,optimization on rough rolling roller contour and advanced manual leveling control to improve the incoming wedge of rough rolling.
